1. Agreement to Terms
By using the services of RapidAnchor Mission Bend Towing, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all towing and roadside assistance services we provide. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
We offer towing and roadside assistance services including emergency towing, flatbed towing, long-distance towing, roadside assistance, accident recovery, motorcycle towing, junk car removal, and heavy-duty towing. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on your location and specific needs.
3. Payment and Pricing
All prices are provided as estimates and may vary based on distance, vehicle type, and service required. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or credit card company.
4. Vehicle Condition and Liability
We take care to handle your vehicle properly during towing and transport. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your vehicle. You agree to inspect your vehicle before and after towing and report any concerns immediately. We carry insurance as required by Texas law, and any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for removing all personal belongings from your vehicle before it is towed. We are not responsible for items left inside the vehicle. You must provide accurate information about your vehicle and location when requesting service. You are also responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to authorize the towing of the vehicle.
6. Cancellations
If you need to cancel a service request, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after our truck is dispatched may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover the time and fuel costs involved in responding to your call.
7. Storage Fees
If your vehicle is stored at our facility, daily storage fees will apply. You will be notified of storage fees before your vehicle is stored. Vehicles must be claimed within a reasonable time, and unpaid storage fees may result in a lien on your vehicle as permitted by Texas law.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the actual cost of the towing service. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages including lost wages, missed appointments, or other expenses resulting from your vehicle breakdown or towing.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved in accordance with Texas law. We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before taking legal action.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
